SHAH ALAM: S P Setia Bhd’s deputy president and chief operating officer (COO) Datuk Seri Koe Peng Kang will be stepping down from his post to pursue interests outside the organisation.

The developer said Koe’s last day with the company will be on Sept 30.

“The board of directors, management and Staff of S P Setia respect Koe’s decision and thank him for his dedicated service and important contributions over the last 25 years. We value his commitment to the company and wish him all the best for his future,” chairman Tan Sri Syed Anwar Jamalullail said in a statement.

Koe’s replacement as deputy president & COO will be announced in due course.
